Job Description

Valet Living is a reputable service company specializing in delivering high-quality trash collection and valet services tailored specifically for apartment communities. Recognized for its commitment to reliability and customer satisfaction, Valet Living operates with the central mission of enhancing community living experiences by providing convenient and efficient waste management solutions. The company prides itself on fostering a culture of excellence where team members are valued, development opportunities are abundant, and leadership is grounded in service to others. As an industry leader, Valet Living continually invests in the training and growth of its workforce, creating clear career advancement pathways that empower employees to take on greater responsibilities and advance professionally within the organization.

We are currently seeking a dedicated Lead Service Valet to join our operations team. In this pivotal role, you will help ensure consistent, high-quality trash collection service across assigned apartment community routes. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will play a crucial hands-on role in supporting service coverage, maintaining control over service quality, and fostering the development of the service team. This position offers a vital steppingstone towards advancing into an Area Leader role. The Lead Service Valet acts as the operational backbone when Area Leaders are off duty by leading the team, managing service routes, and troubleshooting issues in the field.

Success in this role depends not just on reactive problem-solving but also on proactively identifying trends and process inefficiencies to uphold and improve service quality consistently. Typical responsibilities include managing team logistics, performing service audits, supporting new employee training and onboarding, and ensuring safety standards. You will be expected to collaborate cross-functionally, support multiple districts as needed, and contribute to container deliveries, new client onboarding, and community events. Working in a dynamic, fast-changing environment, you will have the opportunity to sharpen leadership skills and gain comprehensive operational knowledge.

This position is a morning shift role, primarily Thursday through Monday from 6 am to 12 pm. Compensation ranges from $23 to $24 per hour, and employees receive mileage reimbursement monthly for work-related travel. Valet Living values proactive, communicative, and team-oriented individuals who demonstrate a customer-first mindset and a strong drive to grow into management roles. By joining us, you will be part of a company that not only provides essential services but also invests in your career growth and development, offering outdoor active work that keeps you energized, access to DailyPay for quick earnings, and a supportive team environment where every contribution matters.
