Job Requirements

Proven experience in housekeeping management or similar roles
Knowledgeable about industrial cleaning practices and procedures
Familiarity with floor care techniques including proper handling of cleaning agents
Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to thoroughness in all cleaning tasks
Excellent time management skills
Previous experience in custodial or residential cleaning roles is advantageous
Physical stamina to handle tasks requiring bending, kneeling, and lifting
Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and occasional evenings
Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation is preferred

Job Duties

Perform a range of housekeeping duties from dusting to vacuuming, mopping, and surface polishing
Thoroughly clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other living or work areas
Make beds, change linens, and ensure rooms, closets, and common areas are well-organized and tidy
Promptly report any maintenance issues or supply shortages to the appropriate personnel
Adhere rigorously to health and safety standards at all times
Maintain common areas, restrooms, and designated spaces to the highest standards
Handle waste disposal following proper procedures and utilize appropriate cleaning agents and equipment for different surfaces
Remain vigilant for any maintenance issues or safety hazards, promptly reporting them to the supervisor or owner
