The Daytime Host position at Max Burger’s Avon location is an integral role within this vibrant team. We are seeking an enthusiastic and friendly Daytime Host available Monday through Friday from 11am to 3pm to be part of our opening team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-energy, fast-paced settings and takes pride in delivering outstanding guest experiences. The host's responsibilities include greeting and welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism, managing dining room reservations using reservation platforms like OpenTable, coordinating seating to optimize service flow, and assisting with to-go orders to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Additionally, the Host will provide special services for guests celebrating occasions, maintain cleanliness and organization in the front-of-house areas, and collaborate with the team to ensure seamless operation resulting in excellent guest satisfaction. The role also involves supporting event coordination and helping with guest requests and team tasks as needed.
