Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to work full-time or part-time hours
- Prior baking experience preferred
- Knowledge of baking equipment and safety standards
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
- Ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Culinary or baking certification is a plus
Job Duties
- Measure and mix ingredients to prepare doughs and batters according to recipes
- Roll, cut, and shape dough to form donuts
- Operate and monitor baking equipment, such as ovens and fryers, ensuring proper temperature and timing
- Fry, bake, and decorate donuts with glazes, icings, sprinkles, and other toppings
- Inspect donuts for quality, consistency, and presentation standards
- Adjust recipes and processes as needed to maintain product quality
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and storage practices
- Clean and sanitize equipment and tools after use and or at the end of your shift
