With over 630 locations spread across 32 states, First Watch has established itself as a culinary pioneer dedicated to quality, freshness, and flavor. Known for its "Follow the Sun" philosophy, the company emphasizes seasonal and high-quality ingredients that define its chef-driven menu. This industry leader has been recognized with numerous awards, including being named the #1 Best Breakfast by Newsweek's Readers' Choice Awards 2025. Beyond culinary excellence, First Watch is deeply committed to social responsibility, donating a portion of every kid's meal to impactful community causes and contributing approximately $2 million to date.

First Watch practices a YOU FIRST philosophy, where employees come first, fostering a positive and empowering work environment. The company ensures no night shifts and promotes work-life balance through flexible schedules and supportive programs. Employees enjoy an inclusive culture that values their contributions more than bacon, a true testament to the company’s commitment to employee satisfaction and well-being.

The available position is within the Back-of-the-House team, welcoming new cooks to join a respectful, quality-focused kitchen environment. New hires receive tailored training based on their skills and comfort levels, promoting growth and confidence in their roles. The team environment stresses effective communication, teamwork, and a strong commitment to following award-winning chef recipes and using the freshest ingredients. Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitized station is also a key responsibility.

First Watch is committed to equal employment opportunities and offers reasonable accommodations to qualified individuals with disabilities, encouraging open dialogue about needed accommodations. This dedication supports a diverse and inclusive workforce where all employees can thrive.
