The Hoboken café location is currently seeking friendly, customer-service-oriented Servers to join the team. This role offers a daytime schedule that promotes a healthy work-life balance, ideal for individuals passionate about hospitality and eager to thrive in a collaborative environment. As a Server at Bluestone Lane, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality by engaging with guests warmly and attentively, following the company’s renowned Steps of Service to ensure every interaction exceeds expectations.

In this role, you’ll maintain comprehensive knowledge of the menu, including the ingredients and special limited-time offerings, enabling you to expertly guide guests in making satisfying selections while being mindful of allergen concerns. You will take accurate orders, adeptly upsell menu items to boost sales, and handle guest requests and concerns with professionalism and calmness. Mastery of Bluestone Lane’s art of coffee making is part of this position, utilizing state-of-the-art La Marzocco espresso machines to craft quality beverages that have won acclaim.

Beyond table service, the Server will support smooth operations by packaging takeout items and coordinating with third-party delivery drivers to ensure precise order fulfillment through the Bluestone Lane app. An essential aspect of this role is maintaining strict adherence to health and safety guidelines to promote a sanitary and organized workspace that adheres to company and regulatory standards.
