As the Daycare Cook Supervisor, you will oversee food-service associates, guiding and training them to uphold company policies and health regulations. Your management skills will be essential for planning, assigning work, appraising performance, and maintaining team morale. You will also advise management regarding purchasing needs to minimize waste and prevent shortages while maintaining strict adherence to food safety practices, including HACCP guidelines. Your role encompasses not only supervision but active participation in food preparation, storage, serving, and equipment maintenance.
Morrison Healthcare’s culture deeply values caring for people and fostering a sense of belonging. Working at Morrison means you’re part of a team empowered to uplift one another, take responsibility for commitments, and pursue excellence together. The company’s commitment to diversity and inclusion ensures a welcoming environment where all associates are treated fairly based on their abilities, achievements, and experience.
