Job Description

The company is currently offering a full-time position focused on warehouse and delivery operations, specifically directing the workforce in loading cases of wine and spirits onto delivery trucks. The role is integral to maintaining efficient shipping schedules and ensuring inventory accuracy within the warehouse. Employees in this position will oversee and coordinate activities related to verifying incoming and outgoing shipments, managing storage areas, and preparing products for shipment while adhering to safety and compliance standards. This dynamic role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to successfully manage both people and operational processes. Compensation ranges from $73,950 to $81,075 annually, with eligibility to participate in an annual bonus plan. Position Responsibilities include ensuring an efficient truck loading process that minimizes product breakage and delays. The successful candidate will oversee picking from full case pick lines and the bottle room while coordinating replenishing efforts to keep both full and split-case complexes stocked and ready. Reporting and managing product and equipment damage, maintaining organized storage areas, and recommending improvements to warehouse layout are crucial to the role. The candidate will also ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations including OSHA standards, handling work-related injuries, and enforcing safety protocols. Supervision and development of warehouse associates through training, scheduling, coaching, and performance management are key leadership duties. The role demands the ability to handle beverage alcohol products responsibly and perform other assigned duties as required, emphasizing the importance of reliability and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field and or equivalent training and work experience
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in related business area
- Proficient PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs including presentation software
- Must be a results-oriented professional with verbal written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion as well as customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task work independently and or within a team pay attention to detail and meet deadlines
- Analytic and reporting skills
- Utilize sound judgement and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced high-volume team environment
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Ensure efficient truck loading process picking orders and loading of trucks while minimizing breakage
- Report damage to equipment product and facilities and keep equipment operating by enforcing operating instructions troubleshooting breakdowns requiring preventative maintenance and calling for repairs
- Report any product shortage or location problems
- Maintain storage area and organize floor space adhering to storage design principles and recommend improvements
- Ensure efficient unloading of truck and receiving of product eliminating breakage and ensuring all product is received correctly and placed in the correct warehouse location
- Handle work related injuries and ensure compliance with OSHA standards
- Comply with federal state and local warehousing material handling and shipping requirements and enforce adherence advising management on needed actions
- Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by maintaining and monitoring security procedures and protocols
- Directly supervise associates carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- Select orient train assign schedule coach counsel and discipline employees communicate job expectations plan monitor appraise job contributions and recommend compensation actions
- Handle beverage alcohol product responsibly
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
