Job Requirements

must be 16 years or older to apply
strong communication, time and resource management and planning skills
attention to detail when performing quality inspections on ingredients and products
basic math and computer skills
willingness to work independently or with other team members to solve problems, plan schedules, fulfill orders, and create baked goods
flexibility to work early morning, night, weekend and holiday shifts
ability to work in a hot, hectic environment
stand, walk, bend, use hands and appliances, and lift heavy items for extended periods
legally eligible to work in the United States
excellent communication skills
time management skills
ability to lift 50 lbs
able to stand for hours at a time
must be able to work some Saturdays
