Originating from Logan, Utah in 2017, Crumbl was founded by two cousins who were determined to create the world’s best chocolate chip cookie through extensive testing and refinement. Since its inception, Crumbl has expanded nationwide with over 270 locations, each offering a unique open-kitchen experience where customers can see their fresh cookies made daily. The role of Daytime Crew Member and Bakers Crew Member at Crumbl Benton is an exciting opportunity for those who are friendly, reliable, and enjoy engaging with customers. This position offers various shifts from 5 am to midnight, Monday through Saturday, with pay ranging from $10 to $12 per hour plus tips, which typically add an extra $2 to $4 per hour depending on experience. The opportunity does not require previous experience, making it accessible for individuals looking to enter the food service and bakery industry. Crew members play an integral role in the operation of the store; from running the register and assisting customers, to mixing and decorating dough, cleaning, and preparing catering orders. Job Requirements

Must be 16 years or older to apply
Strong communication, time and resource management, and planning skills
Attention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and products
Basic math and computer skills
Willingness to work independently or with other team members to solve problems, plan schedules, fulfill orders, and create amazing baked goods
Flexibility to work around customer demands, including early morning, night, weekend and holiday availability
Ability to work in a hot, hectic environment
Stand, walk, bend, use hands, and appliances, and lift heavy items for extended periods
Legally eligible to work in the United States
Excellent communication skills
Time management skills
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Able to stand for hours at a time
Must be able to work some Saturdays
