Joining SCA means becoming part of a company with a culture rooted in respect, teamwork, and a people-focused approach to leadership. Employees benefit from robust supports such as 401(k) with company match, health, dental, vision and life insurance, paid time off and holidays, short- and long-term disability coverage, and ongoing training and career development opportunities.
