Job Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Must have adequate physical strength to frequently unload, load, and lift automotive glass weighing up to 35 pounds with occasional parts weighing up to 75 pounds
- Must exhibit safe driving habits at all times
- Must pass a drug screening
- Must communicate with other departments to ensure customer needs are exceeded
- Must perform daily vehicle safety inspections
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Experience in driving and delivery preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments
- Familiarity with warehouse order preparation
- Basic computer skills including the use of tablets and Bluetooth devices
Job Duties
- Meet the delivery schedule in a timely manner
- Inspect, load, and deliver automotive glass
- Verify customer order is accurate – quantity and quality
- Contact the supervisor immediately if an error is made
- Report any damaged items to your supervisor
- Use modern computer systems – iPads and Bluetooth accessories
- Prepare and complete warehouse orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule
