The drivers' responsibilities extend beyond transportation to encompass detailed pre- and post-trip safety inspections in adherence to Department of Transportation regulations, diligent handling and securing of freight, accurate completion of delivery and freight paperwork, and professional interactions with customers, vendors, and coworkers. The role demands a high degree of reliability and accountability, as drivers must report any safety concerns or vehicle issues promptly and maintain all records related to hours of service and compliance with Federal and state laws.

Operating in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, the Driver must be physically able to handle product cases typically ranging from 10 to 35 pounds and occasionally lifting weights up to 90 pounds, utilizing equipment such as two-wheelers and lift gates for efficient freight management.
