The Driver, Formula CDL-B, is responsible for operating tractor trailers or straight trucks on various routes including intrastate, interstate, local, over-the-road (OTR), shuttle, and overnight drive-and-drop routes. The role requires adherence to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations while ensuring safe transportation and delivery of goods. Drivers perform essential safety inspections before and after trips, and are responsible for managing freight including loading, unloading, and securing products according to company and DOT standards.

Job Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
- valid CDL-B license
- 6+ months of commercial delivery experience
- must be 21+ years of age
- meet all state licensing and/or certification requirements where applicable
- clean Motor Vehicle Report for past 3 years
- pass post offer drug test and criminal background check
- pass road test
- attain or have valid current DOT Health Card or able to secure new DOT Health Card
- able to hand-lift and utilize two-wheeler, lift gate, and other equipment to move and stack product cases/freight of varying size and weight
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Perform all required safety checks including pre/post trip inspections of tractor/truck and trailer according to DOT regulations
- report all safety issues and repairs required
- follow all DOT regulations and company safe driving guidelines and policies
- perform count check of items and check customer invoices of loaded products
- check and complete all required paperwork associated with freight accurately and legibly
- drive to and deliver customer orders according to predetermined route delivery schedule
- unload products from the trailer and transport items into designated customer storage areas
