The role of Janitor with CCS Facility Services involves maintaining a clean, organized, and disinfected work environment in commercial buildings. This position requires attention to detail and a strong commitment to the upkeep of various building areas such as offices, hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and other workspaces. The working environment includes exposure to mechanical equipment, chemicals, outdoor weather conditions, and typical noise levels of commercial buildings. CCS offers reasonable accommodations to support employees with disabilities to perform essential job functions. To further incentivize and support its workforce, CCS offers daily pay through DailyPay, enabling employees to access their wages immediately after work.
