Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is an asset
- Ability to communicate effectively in English is highly recommended
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Physical capability to perform manual tasks
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Maintaining cleanliness of offices, lobbies, and common areas
- Cleaning and restocking restrooms
- Emptying trash cans and replacing bags
- Cleaning corridors and stairwells
- Removing trash, cleaning floors, dusting and wiping all surfaces
- Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors
- Operating walk-behind floor cleaning machines
- Polishing furniture, windows, doors, frames, ashtrays, and fixtures
- Restocking supplies in bathrooms, break rooms, and common areas
- Maintaining janitor closet and janitorial equipment clean and operational
- Periodically cleaning overhead vents and dusting blinds
- Performing miscellaneous duties as assigned
