This role of a roving cleaner at Pegasus offers an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking a part-time or full-time position with a competitive hourly wage of $21.00. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, typically from 7am to 3:30pm, although hours may vary slightly depending on coverage needs at different sites. The roving cleaner plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of assigned commercial buildings. This position is dynamic in nature as it involves rotating between various work sites to cover for staff on vacation, leave of absence, or sick leave.

The primary responsibilities include cleaning offices, lobbies, and common areas, restocking and cleaning restrooms, emptying trash cans, dusting and wiping surfaces, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping floors, and operating floor cleaning equipment where applicable. The role also involves specialized duties such as polishing furniture and fixtures, cleaning windows and doors, maintaining janitorial supplies, and periodically cleaning overhead vents and blinds. Proficiency in English is encouraged to improve communication within the team and with clients, supporting smooth operational workflows.

Candidates with prior experience in floor care or those who have worked as GMP micro cleaners will find this role particularly suitable as such experience is considered a plus. The role requires physical endurance including the ability to stand for entire shifts, perform various movements like bending, twisting, and kneeling, and lift weights up to 35 lbs when necessary.
