Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred
- ability to work early morning shifts
- strong attention to detail
- physical capability to perform cleaning tasks
- good communication skills
- authorized to work in the U.S.
- pass background check and drug screening
Job Qualifications
- Previous custodial or janitorial experience (preferred)
- ability to work effectively with a team
- excellent customer service skills
- dependable, reliable, and punctual
- ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- authorized to work in the U.S. - we use E-Verify
Job Duties
- Clean designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restrooms, etc.)
- empty all trash cans and replace liners, cleaning receptacles as needed
- perform and document routine inspection of assigned areas
- stock and maintain supply closets
- wear the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- adhere to company policies and procedures
- adhere to location appearance guidelines
- timely completion of all assigned tasks
- notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
- perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor
