- Reliable and punctual

Job Duties
- Maintain a high standard of excellence
- Clean main entrance glass
- Empty and replace liners on all exterior trash receptacles
- Police restrooms by restocking soap, towels, tissue, and deodorizers as needed
- Dust mullions and exterior windowsills
- Dust mop main lobby floor
- Dust light fixtures and metal work in lobby
- Check common areas and clean interior of elevator cabs
- Walk/police interior or exterior stairwells
- Pour water down the drains in all restrooms
- Vacuum
- Dust mop/sweep hard surface floors
- Wet mop hard surface floors
- Report unit maintenance issues per company procedure
- Report damaged, dirty, or stained carpets, drapes, furniture, and linens
- Report inventory and supplies to Supervisor
- Report lost and found items to Supervisor/Manager
- Assist in maintaining storage closets clean and organized
- Ensure a safe working environment at each site and office
- Utilize supplies and equipment efficiently and effectively
- Utilize time wisely and efficiently
