Job Requirements
- Ability to work up to 40+ hours per week
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs comfortably
- Must be capable of walking, standing, pushing, pulling, reaching, stooping, stretching, bending, sweeping, wiping, mopping, and vacuuming for 4 to 8 hours continuously
- Willingness to work nights and weekends
- Pass criminal background check
- Commitment to professionalism and service excellence
- Flexibility and willingness to learn and adopt company-specific processes
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in janitorial or housekeeping roles is highly preferred but not required
- Ability to follow specific instructions and work efficiently
- Basic English proficiency with clear and effective communication skills
- Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to apply common sense to carry out detailed instructions
- Self-motivated with a high attention to detail and reliability
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of office suites, restrooms, and indoor and outdoor common areas
- Use appropriate cleaning products and methods effectively
- Be consistently reliable and efficient with a strong commitment to service excellence
- Demonstrate professionalism, high integrity, and self-discipline
- Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers
- Flexibly work up to 40+ hours weekly and adopt specific company processes
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, walking, standing, pushing, pulling, reaching, stooping, stretching, bending, sweeping, wiping, mopping, and vacuuming for extended periods
