Job Requirements
- reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- comfortable working independently
- physically active and enjoy being on your feet
- able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- able to walk stairs and large properties regularly
- able to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, push, and pull
- pass a pre-employment background check
- pass drug screening
- pass a physical endurance test relevant to the job requirements
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in janitorial, custodial, or porter work preferred but not required
- strong communication skills
- positive attitude
- ability to work independently
- attention to detail
- physical stamina for walking, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs
Job Duties
- keep the property clean and presentable throughout the day
- pick up trash and empty receptacles
- sweep, mop, dust, and wipe down surfaces
- clean restrooms and high-traffic areas
- clean exterior doors, windows, and windowsills
- remove debris like stickers, gum, spills, and graffiti
- walk the property regularly to inspect cleanliness
- report maintenance or repair needs to your supervisor
- always use required safety equipment
