The role of the Porter at Harvard Maintenance is a vital position aimed at maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall upkeep of public and operational spaces within buildings serviced by the company. As a Porter, you will be responsible for ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for tenants, employees, and visitors alike. This includes daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and emptying trash receptacles, along with restocking restroom supplies and wiping down high-touch surfaces like doors and windows. The Porter also plays a key role in responding promptly to spills, messes, and tenant requests, showcasing a commitment to customer service and attention to detail. This full-time position offers a schedule from Monday to Friday, 7 am to 3:30 pm, providing a consistent work routine. The hourly wage for this role is competitively set at $18.00 per hour.
