Job Requirements
- Ability to work up to 40 plus hours per week
- Willingness to work nights and weekends as required
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs comfortably
- Capability to walk, stand, push, pull, reach, stoop, stretch, bend, sweep, wipe, mop, and vacuum for extended periods
- Reliable and self-motivated with strong work ethic
- Commitment to high standards of service and professionalism
- Passing a criminal background check
- Flexibility and willingness to learn company processes
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous janitorial or housekeeping experience highly preferred
- Basic English proficiency for communication
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to follow specific directions and work independently
- Good physical stamina and capability to perform labor-intensive tasks
- Clear and effective communication skills
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of office suites, restrooms, and indoor and outdoor common areas
- Use appropriate cleaning products and methods effectively
- Provide reliable and efficient janitorial services to various client properties
- Communicate professionally with clients and coworkers
- Follow company procedures and standards for service excellence
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training to adopt specific cleaning and maintenance processes
