Job Requirements
- Flexibility to work up to 40+ hours weekly
- Ability to maintain cleanliness in various client properties
- Knowledge of cleaning products and methods
- Commitment to reliability and service excellence
- Professional demeanor with high integrity
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and perform physical cleaning tasks for extended periods
- Availability to work nights and weekends
- Must pass criminal background check
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior janitorial or housekeeping experience preferred but not required
- Ability to follow specific instructions and work efficiently
- Basic English proficiency with clear communication skills

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of office suites, restrooms, and common areas
