Job Requirements
- Must complete pre-employment background check
- Must complete pre-employment drug screen if applicable
- Proof of work authorization and completion of I9 and E-Verify process required
- Physically able to stand and perform manual tasks for entire shift
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and carry 12 pounds backpack vacuum
- Open availability for overtime, schedule changes, and holidays
- Willingness to comply with company policies and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in commercial janitorial or cleaning services is advantageous
- Ability to operate cleaning machinery
- Basic proficiency in English recommended
- Capable of following safety procedures
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of offices, lobbies, and common areas
- Clean and restock restrooms
- Empty trash cans and replace trash bags
- Clean corridors and stairwells
- Remove trash, clean floors, dust and wipe down surfaces
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
- Operate walk-behind floor cleaning machines
