Responsibilities include spot cleaning glass doors, polishing chrome fixtures, vacuuming elevator cabs, and inspecting building exteriors for trash. Additionally, the position requires emptying and cleaning trash receptacles, ensuring restrooms meet cleanliness standards, sweeping entrances and stairwells, and reporting maintenance issues such as burnt-out lights or unauthorized solicitors.
