Job Requirements
- ability to lift 10 lbs or more
- valid driver's license
- bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required
Job Qualifications
- previous janitorial/house-keeping experience preferred but not required
- dedication to providing premier janitorial services in a professional and consistent manner at all times
- able to work in a fast-paced environment with established duties
- accomplish specific tasks all while maintaining attention to detail
- team player attitude and positive approach
Job Duties
- tasks based on assignment
- responsibilities include but are not limited to common areas - parking lots, sidewalks, smoking areas, dumpster enclosures, etc.
- spot clean glass (remove fingerprints, smudges, etc.)
- empty trash receptacles
- police parking lot and/or established traffic areas for miscellaneous trash/debris
- spot mop to remove spills (as needed)
- restrooms (if applicable) spot clean surfaces (as needed) - toilets, urinals, counters, sinks, stall partitions, dispenser exteriors, mirrors, etc.
- check/restock all paper products
- spot mop flooring to remove water/spills (utilize "wet floor" sign)
- empty trash receptacles
- rotation/frequency of tasks may vary
- inform supervisor of any plumbing, mechanical or electrical malfunctions
- report any visible property damage that occurred prior to or during shift
- other duties as requested by property manager and/or building engineer
