The Janitor, Day Porter role at Goodwill of Colorado is a vital full-time position offering an hourly wage of $21.00, with the added benefit of Daily Pay, which allows employees to access their earned wages on their schedule. This role operates on a Tuesday through Saturday schedule, from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, and is primarily on-site. The successful candidate will be part of the Commercial Contracts team and will play a key role in maintaining commercial property cleanliness and safety during business hours, ensuring a pleasant and safe environment for staff, customers, and visitors alike.

This position encompasses a broad range of custodial duties that are essential to supporting Goodwill's mission. The Day Porter will be responsible for routine maintenance tasks such as replacing non-LED light bulbs, painting, and regular HVAC filter changes. They will also assist with transporting parts and tools within the work areas and cleaning up job sites to maintain orderly and safe workspaces. The role includes supporting event setups and cleanups, performing quality control checks throughout customer facilities, and handling furniture services such as assembling, moving, and rearranging.
