Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-2 years experience in industrial cleaning
- ability to use hand tools and maintenance equipment
- effective English communication skills
- strong customer service skills
- capacity to work with individuals with disabilities
- strong work ethic and problem-solving skills
- adherence to safety policies
- ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- must be able to work in various weather conditions
- valid Colorado driver license
- pass background check
- pass motor vehicle record check
- 21 years of age or older for driving company vehicles
- valid vehicle insurance if using personal vehicle for company business
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-2 years knowledge or experience in industrial cleaning
- ability to use various hand tools and maintenance equipment
- effective reading, writing, and communication skills in English
- ability to communicate effectively with customers, management, and peers
- ability to provide excellent customer service
- ability to work with persons with disabilities
- strong work ethic, self-starter, problem-solver, and team player
- understanding and adherence to safety standards and organizational policies
- ability to work varied schedules including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- ability to drive for company business with valid Colorado driver license
- pass background and motor vehicle record checks
Job Duties
- Replace non-LED light bulbs as needed
- perform painting tasks as required
- change HVAC filters regularly
- collect and deliver parts and tools to work areas
- clean up job sites and work areas
- support event setups and cleanups
- perform quality control checks throughout customer facilities
- assemble, move, and rearrange furniture as needed
- carry out other assigned duties
