Job Requirements

Must be willing to work assigned hours Monday through Friday
ability to stand and walk for the entire duration of the shift
ability to frequently bend, kneel, reach, and twist throughout the duration of the shift
ability to lift between 25lbs-50lbs frequently throughout the duration of the shift
ability to work both independently and in team settings

Job Qualifications

Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services preferred
strong communication skills
able to work both independently and as part of a team
attention to detail and reliability
good physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor

Job Duties

Keep lobbies clean
keep common areas clean
keep restrooms clean
restock supplies in restrooms as necessary
service kitchen, cafeteria, and/or break rooms particularly before and after busy times
perform continuous touch-point cleaning to reduce the spread of illness by eliminating bacteria and germs
respond to spills and other cleaning emergencies
remove or warn of safety hazards such as objects in the way of pedestrians or wet floors
remove litter and debris from entrances and parking lots
other duties as assigned
