This position entails performing essential cleaning and maintenance duties such as spot cleaning lobby glass doors, polishing chrome on lobby doors, vacuuming elevator cabs, and maintaining cleanliness in stairwells and building entrances. Additionally, the Day Porter monitors restrooms, handles exterior trash receptacles, inspects building exteriors for litter, and supports the building engineer as directed.
