Job Requirements
- Ability to work up to 40+ hours per week
- Must be physically capable of lifting 25 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, stretch, sweep, mop, and vacuum for up to 8 hours
- Willingness to work nights and weekends
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Must demonstrate high integrity and self-discipline
- Effective communication skills in English
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior janitorial or housekeeping experience highly preferred
- Ability to follow detailed instructions
- Basic English proficiency for communication
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrated reliability and professionalism
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of office suites, restrooms, and common areas
- Use appropriate cleaning products and methods effectively
- Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers
- Demonstrate reliability, efficiency, and commitment to service excellence
- Follow TFG HI specific processes and procedures
- Lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical cleaning tasks
- Work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
