Working as a Day Porter for TFG HI means joining a dedicated team responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of various client properties throughout the Island. The role primarily involves servicing office suites, restrooms, indoor and outdoor common areas, and other spaces in commercial buildings. A Day Porter at TFG HI plays an essential front-line role, representing the company directly to clients and their employees. Flexibility to work up to 40 or more hours per week, sometimes including nights and weekends, is necessary. TFG HI offers a competitive starting hourly rate, performance-based bonuses, consistent work schedules, and excellent opportunities for career growth within a well-established organization. The company values diversity and inclusion and maintains strong policies to support and accommodate employees with disabilities or specific conditions, fostering a welcoming work environment for all.
