This full-time, regular employment position offers a competitive hourly wage of $17.00 to $18.00 and operates on a shift schedule from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Tuesday through Saturday. The Custodian/CSR is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facility environments while delivering exceptional customer service to clients and co-workers. Personnel in this role should be capable of interpreting and following verbal and written instructions clearly, demonstrating good judgment in decision-making processes, and effectively communicating job-related information. Core responsibilities include floor care tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, and carpet spotting; surface cleaning duties encompassing dusting, sanitizing, glass and mirror cleaning, and polishing of metal and wood surfaces; as well as waste removal and light maintenance duties such as replacing light bulbs and restocking supply cabinets. Custodians will also engage in transporting small equipment and furniture, organizing storage areas, and assisting with janitorial tasks during events or downtime.
