This hourly position offers a competitive wage ranging from $20.00 to $21.00 per hour, scheduled Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. The role primarily involves maintaining the cleanliness and order of office buildings or other commercial properties, ensuring that all assigned job sites meet rigorous cleanliness and safety standards. The position requires a genuine commitment to performing cleaning duties diligently and efficiently, contributing to the overall maintenance and appearance of the premises.

The duties focus on a variety of janitorial tasks, including cleaning offices, lobbies, and common areas, restocking restrooms, emptying trash cans, and operating floor cleaning machines when applicable. You will be expected to clean floors through vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping; dust and wipe down surfaces; polish furniture, windows, doors, and fixtures; and participate in end-of-shift inspections to ensure all cleaning standards are met. Additionally, you will manage janitorial supplies, maintain equipment, and handle miscellaneous duties as assigned by management. Proficiency in English is considered an asset that enhances communication within the team and with clients, fostering smooth operational workflows.

Physical stamina is essential for this role, as it involves standing and moving throughout entire shifts, bending, stooping, twisting, and lifting up to 35 pounds.
