We are currently seeking a proactive and energetic Day Porter to join our facilities maintenance team. This full-time, in-person role offers a pay rate ranging from $12.00 to $13.00 per hour with overtime opportunities, working Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. As a Day Porter, you will be the frontline ambassador of cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance at the properties we manage. Your primary responsibility will be to perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks that ensure all areas remain pristine, orderly, and inviting. This position is ideal for individuals who have experience in janitorial, custodial, or facilities maintenance roles and are looking to showcase their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

The role involves a variety of duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, restroom sanitation, and routine floor care such as buffing and polishing. You will conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards, addressing these issues promptly or escalating them to specialized technicians when necessary. Additionally, you will assist with minor repairs and custodial tasks such as window cleaning, supporting the overall maintenance of building systems. Your interaction with tenants and visitors will play a vital part in providing excellent customer service, as you greet them courteously and respond to their inquiries or needs.
