SBM Management is currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Custodian/Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join their expanding team as a Day Porter. This full-time, weekday position is scheduled from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, offering an hourly wage of $15.50 to $16.50. The role is crucial to ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of the managed properties while upholding exceptional customer service standards. As a part of the SBM team, the Day Porter will engage in a variety of cleaning and maintenance duties, including floor care such as vacuuming, mopping, and carpet spotting; surface care involving dusting, sanitizing, window and glass cleaning; and light maintenance tasks like replacing light bulbs and restocking supply areas.

This position requires an individual who works well with co-workers and clients, demonstrating excellent communication skills and professionalism. The Custodian/CSR will need to follow company protocols rigorously, comply with safety rules, and maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times. Responsibilities also extend to ensuring waste is properly disposed of, assisting with event preparations and cleanup, and aiding in training or demonstrating job processes to other team members as needed. Attention to detail, good judgment, and the ability to work independently while responding to supervision are essential traits.
