The Albuquerque location is currently seeking a Janitor to join their team. This role is pivotal in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workplace environment. The Janitor will be responsible for cleaning various interior building elements such as floors, carpets, rugs, windows, walls, and furniture, ensuring all areas, including offices, lounges, lobbies, elevators, and restrooms, meet CCS's high standards of hygiene and maintenance.

Key responsibilities include performing a range of cleaning tasks like vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, stain removal from chairs and upholstered furniture, dusting surfaces including lighting fixtures and marble, emptying and cleaning trash cans and ashtrays, disinfecting commonly touched items such as desks, door handles, and phones, as well as maintaining cleanliness in restrooms and replenishing supplies. Additional duties entail washing windows and mirrors, taking out trash and recyclables to disposal areas, and managing snow and trash removal from sidewalks when necessary. The Janitor will also be responsible for maintaining inventory levels of cleaning supplies and reporting any unsafe conditions or maintenance needs to supervisors.

This position requires physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and an ability to work independently while closing doors and securing the premises at the end of the night shift. Safety and precautionary rules must be strictly followed, reflecting CCS's commitment to a secure work environment.
