Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Less than high school education or up to one-month related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read 2-3 syllable words
- Ability to print clearly and speak simple sentences
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Knowledge of American measurement systems
- Valid driver's license with proof of vehicle registration and insurance if driving
- Bilingual preferred but not required
Job Qualifications
- Must have reliable transportation
- Less than high school education or up to one-month related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read 2-3 syllable words and recognize similarities and differences between words and series of numbers
- Ability to print clearly and speak simple sentences
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, managers, and customers
- Know how to add and subtract two-digit numbers and multiply and divide with 10's and 100's
- Know American measures of money, weight, size, length, shapes, distance and measures such as cups, pints, quarts, gallons
- Required to have a valid driver’s license if driving own vehicle or company vehicle on business time, proof of vehicle registration and insurance
- Bilingual is a plus, not required
Job Duties
- Floor care including vacuuming, mopping, carpet spotting
- Surface care including dusting, sanitizing, cleaning glass, mirrors, windows, polishing metal and wood, cleaning blinds and draperies
- Waste removal including emptying trash and recycle bins, transporting trash and waste to proper disposal areas
- Performing light maintenance such as replacing light bulbs, restocking supply cabinet and room
- Complying with safety rules, policies, and procedures and stopping at risk behavior
- Following all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules
- Taking direction and responding to supervision
