We are currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team. This full-time role focuses on maintaining cleanliness, order, and appearance of our facility during regular business hours. The Custodian will be responsible for routine cleaning tasks, restocking supplies, and responding promptly to immediate needs as they arise. The position requires an individual who is proactive, reliable, and capable of performing physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for long periods. Essential duties include maintaining cleanliness in common areas like lobbies, hallways, restrooms, break rooms, and offices. The role also involves spot cleaning to manage spills and trash, ensuring all high-touch and glass surfaces are clean, and emptying trash and recycling bins as needed.

Additionally, the Custodian will support other functions such as setting up and breaking down rooms for meetings or events, monitoring building conditions to report any maintenance or safety concerns, and conducting regular inventory checks of cleaning supplies and equipment. The ability to interact professionally with building occupants and visitors is also important, as is adhering to all safety and sanitation procedures. Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and be able to pass a comprehensive background check. Previous experience in janitorial or custodial roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
