We are currently seeking a dedicated Custodian to join our team, a role fundamental to maintaining the high standards our clients expect. This position involves the thorough cleaning, sanitizing, and upkeep of assigned areas in accordance with company and client specifications regarding quality and safety. The Custodian plays a crucial role in infection prevention efforts by ensuring all work areas are consistently maintained to the highest cleanliness standards. The position may also involve frequent interaction with clients, requiring a professional demeanor and excellent communication skills. This role is designed to contribute directly to the health and safety objectives of the environments serviced by Servicon, helping to create safe, efficient, and welcoming spaces. Our custodial team members receive comprehensive training that covers safety regulations, cleaning methods that are both efficient and cost-effective, and preventive maintenance for essential equipment. This ensures that the custodians not only complete their tasks effectively but also contribute to the continuous improvement of our service delivery.
