The Day Porter (Customer Service Representative) role at SBM is a vital position focused on maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall upkeep of assigned areas within the managed properties. This position operates on a day shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM and offers a competitive wage of $18.00 per hour. The role requires diligent adherence to safety procedures and company policies, as well as the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Responsibilities include performing janitorial duties, operating motorized cleaning equipment, and maintaining communication with supervisors in reporting incidents or hazards.
