Renowned for its deep bench of experienced cleaning and engineering professionals, CCS is dedicated to delivering impeccable service quality, driven by a corporate philosophy they term as having a 'Service Heart'. This guiding principle underscores their commitment to not only meet but exceed customer expectations, creating long-term partnerships rooted in trust, reliability, and excellence. With a strong foundation built on skilled employees and a customer-first approach, CCS Facility Services has cultivated an environment where innovation, professionalism, and customer satisfaction converge to create outstanding facility maintenance solutions.

The role of a Day Porter at CCS Facility Services is vital to the company's mission of providing clean, safe, and welcoming environments in commercial and institutional buildings. This position primarily focuses on maintaining the common areas such as lobbies, elevators, stairwells, and building exteriors in pristine, orderly condition throughout the day. As a Day Porter, you will be responsible for a variety of cleaning duties including spot cleaning glass doors, polishing chrome surfaces, vacuuming and dust mopping floors, emptying trash receptacles, and ensuring that restrooms are inspected regularly. You will play a key role in managing the appearance and upkeep of these frequently trafficked areas, contributing significantly to the building's overall atmosphere and tenant satisfaction.

Beyond routine cleaning tasks, the Day Porter acts as a vigilant presence in the building environment, identifying and reporting maintenance issues such as burnt-out lights or unauthorized solicitors, ensuring safety and security protocols are observed. The role demands reliability and a proactive attitude, as you will need to police high-traffic areas to keep them free of debris continually, provide assistance to building engineers as needed, and maintain outdoor landscaping areas to prevent accumulation of litter.

Working at CCS offers more than just a job; it provides an inclusive community united by shared core values and a passion to serve. CCS values its employees by recognizing and investing in their growth, promoting from within, and ensuring a supportive work environment. The company supports its workforce with innovative payment options like DailyPay, permitting employees to get paid on the same day they work, thus enhancing financial flexibility.

This full-time opportunity in Chula Vista, CA is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work, demonstrate excellent attendance and punctuality, and are committed to safety and security in the workplace.
