The role being offered is for a Custodian/Customer Service Representative (CSR), designed to help SBM Management continue shining in its service quality. Job Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license if driving own or company vehicle
- Proof of vehicle registration and insurance if applicable
- Ability to read and comprehend basic instructions
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Ability to follow safety protocols
- Ability to lift and move small equipment and supplies
- Availability to work Monday through Friday from 5am to 1:30pm
Job Qualifications
- Must have reliable transportation
- Less than high school education or up to one-month related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read 2-3 syllable words and recognize similarities and differences between words and numbers
- Ability to print clearly and speak simple sentences
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, managers, and customers
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction of two-digit numbers, multiplication and division with 10’s and 100’s
- Knowledge of American measures such as money, weight, size, length, and volume
- Valid driver’s license, vehicle registration, and insurance if driving own or company vehicle
- Bilingual is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Perform floor care including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet spotting
- Conduct surface care such as dusting, sanitizing, glass, mirror, window cleaning, metal, wood polishing, and cleaning blinds and draperies
- Remove waste by emptying trash and recycle bins and transporting trash to proper disposal areas
- Conduct light maintenance tasks including replacing light bulbs and restocking supply cabinets
- Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures
- Use proper personal protective equipment and present a professional appearance
- Transport small equipment, tools, chairs, and tables and straighten areas including lobbies and conference rooms
