Job Requirements

Must have own transportation as the position requires travel to various locations
Basic knowledge of standard janitorial duties, cleaning techniques, products and equipment preferred
High school diploma/GED required or equivalent work experience in lieu of
Must be 18 years of age
Must have ability to read and interpret documents such as safety data sheets (SDS), operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
Must be able to understand and carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
Ability to multitask in a fast pace work environment
Be able to work in a team oriented environment, maintain a positive attitude at all times, and assist the team/department to complete goals
Use logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems

Job Qualifications

High school or equivalent
Normally three years of experience in janitorial cleaning
Must possess a valid driver's license that meet the California Vehicle Code
Must be computer literate to the extent required to perform job functions and proper recording and documentation
Ability to communicate effectively with client, supervisor, and coworkers
