This environment contributes to an impressively low employee turnover rate, a quarter of the national average, highlighting its commitment to employee satisfaction and growth.
As SBM Management Services continues to expand, it is seeking a dedicated and reliable Custodian/Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join its team. The position offers a unique opportunity for individuals who are hardworking, dependable, and motivated to contribute to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate must be adept at working effectively with other team members and customers, demonstrating strong communication skills and the ability to follow explicit oral and written instructions. Good judgment and decision-making are crucial, as the role sometimes involves explaining processes and training new colleagues. The position demands an individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently, from floor and surface care to light maintenance and waste disposal, all while maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor.
This role is particularly well-suited for those who have a keen eye for detail, a commitment to safety protocols, and a proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness and customer satisfaction. The working shift is Monday through Friday from 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm, offering a structured schedule for individuals seeking steady employment within the custodial services field. Compensation is competitive, ranging from $14.50 to $15.50 per hour, reflecting the company’s commitment to fair pay.
SBM Management Services’ commitment to equal opportunity employment adds a layer of inclusivity and diversity to its workplace culture. The company values applicants from all backgrounds and pledges a nondiscriminatory hiring process. This inclusive environment not only enriches the workplace culture but also enables a diverse team to thrive and contribute across multiple sectors and client needs.
