Job Requirements

No specific education requirement
3-6 months training or experience preferred
valid driver’s license may be required
completion of safety and task training certification
forklift certification may be required
ability to read and interpret instructions
strong verbal and written communication skills
knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment
knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals
ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 35 pounds
ability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM with flexibility for select holidays
ability to follow company policies and safety procedures
willingness to work in a team environment

Job Qualifications

No specific education requirement
3-6 months training or experience preferred
equivalent combination of education and experience
may be required to have a valid driver’s license
completion of all safety and task training certification
may be required to be forklift certified
bilingual a plus
ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents
strong verbal and written communication skills
knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment
knowledge of upkeep and care of cleaning equipment
knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use

Job Duties

Perform janitorial duties
perform all duties listed on the daily schedule
operate motorized cleaning equipment
maintain daily upkeep of assigned area
report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor
comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures
perform work assignments in a team with other employees
perform repetitive tasks
maintain clean work area
follow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules
take direction and respond to supervision
talk with lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner
fill in during staff shortage
support shift lead in completing punch-list items
use proper personal protective equipment
present a professional appearance and conduct
understand customer service and satisfaction
understand reporting systems, and of the environment
