Job Requirements
- Must have a valid driver license
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred
- knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and materials
- ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- good communication skills in English and Spanish
- a customer service-oriented attitude
- willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to operate a golf cart
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred
- knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and materials
- good communication skills in English and Spanish
- customer service-oriented attitude
Job Duties
- Drive a Gator Vehicle around the garage for trash collection
- empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- clean and sanitize public areas including restrooms
- wipe down surfaces, windows, handrails, and doors to remove dirt and fingerprints
- clean and maintain equipment such as parking pay stations, elevators, and escalators
- sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in garage areas
- patrol garage premises for litter removal and maintain smoking areas
- respond promptly to spills and accidents to ensure safety
- provide courteous assistance and directions to customers
