The Full-Time Day Matron/Porter Floater role at 4M is an essential frontline team position that requires a reliable, courteous, and resourceful individual ready to perform a range of janitorial duties across multiple work sites. This role involves traveling to various accounts during scheduled shifts from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm and earning an hourly rate of $24. As a Day Matron or Porter Floater, the individual will be trained in 4M's advanced cleaning methodologies based on environmental standards, ensuring thorough disinfection and cleanliness that align with industry best practices.
