The position available is for a Guest Service Expert on the evening shift, a full-time, non-management role with a pay rate of $7.25 per hour. This role goes beyond simply serving food and drinks; it is about creating unique and memorable experiences for every guest. As a Guest Service Expert, you will be the face of The Ritz-Carlton’s commitment to excellence. Your initiative in offering a wide range of guest-oriented services will enhance the overall guest experience, from setting tables and communicating with the kitchen staff to interacting and serving guests in a friendly and professional manner.

In this active role, you will engage in various physical tasks such as standing, walking for extended periods, navigating uneven surfaces, and lifting or moving objects up to 50 pounds without assistance. Your ability to follow company guidelines, maintain high-quality standards, and ensure your appearance and communication reflect the hotel’s professionalism is essential.
