Job Description
WAHVE is a pioneering company dedicated to transforming the traditional work model for experienced insurance professionals by offering remote work opportunities that enable employees to phase into retirement while staying active in their careers. Recognizing the immense value of seasoned insurance expertise, WAHVE has created an inclusive platform where individuals can retire from the office environment but not from meaningful work. This innovative approach supports a full or part-time work schedule, empowering employees to achieve a balanced lifestyle without compromising their professional engagement and income. Established with a strong commitment to service and staff well-being, WAHVE fosters a welcoming and supportive virtual work environment where leadership is both friendly and professional. The company's mission is driven by a passion to provide excellent customer service, preserve carrier knowledge, and make a significant impact by facilitating long-term remote work for insurance veterans.
The role available at WAHVE is for a Data Reporting Analyst position focusing on Commercial Lines insurance, offering a remote work arrangement that leverages your extensive industry knowledge. This long-term position includes competitive hourly pay ranging from $30.00 to $45.00 and comes with company benefits such as health insurance and a 401(k) plan with matching. The position is perfect for candidates looking to utilize their years of Property and Casualty insurance experience in a flexible setting, eliminating the stresses and commutes associated with traditional office jobs. As a Data Reporting Analyst, your primary responsibility will be supporting the preparation and submission of ISO claims and premium reports by conducting detailed analyses aligned with ISO statistical plans. You will collaborate with IT, third-party administrators, and various internal departments to ensure all reporting requirements are met accurately and efficiently.
Your duties will include maintaining comprehensive documentation for processes involving data extraction and formatting, retrieving and manipulating data from multiple systems, and submitting accurate reports to state regulatory agencies. A critical part of the role is analyzing business challenges and data issues related to ISO and state reporting and proactively recommending solutions to minimize errors downstream. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including IT and underwriting to identify the impacts of reporting changes and implement necessary updates. Identifying, tracking, and resolving issues promptly will be essential to maintaining the integrity and compliance of the reporting process.
WAHVE is looking for insurance professionals with a minimum of 25 years of full-time work experience and at least 10 years of Property and Casualty insurance experience to qualify for this role. The company values those who bring deep industry knowledge and a commitment to quality service. The offered benefits support a healthy work-life balance and include options for full or part-time schedules, making this an ideal opportunity to stay active in the insurance industry from the comfort of your own home while still enjoying the perks of a supportive employer and a virtual team environment where you can connect with like-minded professionals.
