The role offered is for a Lead position within GXO's warehouse operations, reporting a Monday to Friday schedule from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. The Lead will act as an essential link in maintaining inventory accuracy, order completion, and team performance while driving exceptional customer service and compliance with safety standards.

As a Lead at GXO, you will be responsible for overseeing operational processes to maintain correct inventory levels and ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. You will lead your team by assigning workloads, coaching employees, and fostering a supportive environment that encourages professional development. The role also involves utilizing warehouse management systems such as SAP and handheld scanners to maintain accurate work documentation and track goods or supplies.

This position requires a proactive approach in enforcing company policies and safety procedures to ensure compliance, as well as operating various warehouse equipment safely. The Lead will also provide crucial support to warehouse management and participate in problem resolution related to order tracking and inventory management. Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workplace in accordance with the 7S program, and working safely to protect oneself and team members, is fundamental.
